Project the fully implemented local plans on the number of households <br />housed and the number of households left unsheltered, assuming existing <br />resources and state policies. <br />r'Address racial disparities amongst people experiencing homelessness. <br />HopeSource recognizes that race and economic status can significantly limit the <br />opportunities of program participants and acknowledge the unequal impact of these factors, <br />and works to prepare program participants to overcome systemic racism in housing, <br />education, asset building, income, employment, and access to high-quality food. HopeSource <br />believes it is necessary to oppose all forms of racism, intentional and otherwise. HopeSource <br />has worked for the past three years with the Washington State Community Action <br />Partnership in its education, training, and research into Diversity, Equity, and lnclusion and <br />has adopted the learning from that work in all its programs. <br />other information you think would be beneficial for the committee to know. <br />7
