CONSULTANT will interview 12 to 15 people over the phone and <br />compile the responses into a summary document and meet with staffpresenting interview results. <br />DELIVERABLE: Interview summary with a presentation ofresults to COUNTY, <br />BUDGET: $9,537 <br />2. TASK TWO: FOCUS GROUP DEVELOPMENT <br />CONSULTANT will meet with the Board of County Commissioners in an open public meeting <br />(scheduled by COUNTY) discussing likely critical stakeholders, key public officials and <br />influential community members discussing formulation of focus groups. The focus group <br />participants will be recruited randomly from voter lists and will be solicited specifically to <br />examine the state of transportation assets in Kittitas County and test proposed levels of service as <br />advanced in the COUNTY's Ten -Year Asset Management Plan. CONSULTANT will conduct <br />two in -person focus group sessions with up to 10 participants in each session and will inform <br />COUNTY of focus group results and advise any suggestions impacting the proposed levels of <br />service , eele schede - This task includes recruitment, focus group moderation, video <br />and transcripts, analysis, a full report, and a presentation, <br />DELIVERABLE: Results from two focus groups reacting to proposed transportation levels of <br />service and recommendations for any necessary adjustments to proposed service levels; topic <br />guide; report and presentation <br />BUDGET: $25,638 <br />3. CONDUCT COUNTYWIDE TELEPHONE SURVEY <br />The CONSULTANT will conduct a statistically valid countywide telephone survey of likely <br />voters to gauge the level of support for a4eRead4- L ., ...amtaining current transportation service <br />--and to test messaging. The CONSULTANT will work with the COUNTY to develop fit c3 <br />to 7sgven survey questions and the CONSULTANT will conduct and report the Results of the <br />survey.
