11/07/2023 MINUTES 5 At 10:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Code Enforcement was directed to prioritize issues relating to fire, life, and safety. At 10:32 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back into Executive Session for 10 minutes with Jeanne Killgore, Human Resource Director; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; and Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor III, under RCW 42.30.110(g) To evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review the performance of a public employee. At 11:06 a.m. the Board reconvened out of the Closed Meeting. At 11:07 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into Executive Session with Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor III, for 3 minutes, under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. Action was anticipated. At 11:10 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
