<br />11/07/2023 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br />Contract Documents. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2023-192 MID-COLUMBIA REGIONAL FISHERIES PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2023-192, Authorizing Chair Signature on a <br />Memorandum of Agreement between Kittitas County and Mid-Columbia <br />Regional Fisheries Enhancement Group and Authorizing Public Works Water <br />Resources Manager to Accept Funding from the Washington State Department <br />of Ecology to Implement the Memorandum of Agreement. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS – NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS - NONE <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:15 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into an <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Mark Cook, Public Works/CDS <br />Director; Arden Thomas, Water Resource Manager; Stephanie Hartung, Chief <br />Civil Deputy Prosecutor; and Jesse Eldred, Deputy Prosecutor II, to <br />under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal counsel representing the <br />agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss <br />with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting <br />in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public <br />knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse <br />legal or financial consequence to the agency. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:25 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
