The actual total fee billed will be based on the scope of services <br />provided. If the scope of services to be billed will exceed the estimated maximum amount before the <br />scope is completed, the Architect will endeavor to notify you prior to expending services beyond the <br />estimated maximum. Monthly invoices will provide you with an ongoing and updated actual fee for the <br />work. <br />*** Reimbursable – Fees will be billed at 1.20 times the cost incurred by the Architect. <br />Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses <br />Reimbursable will be billed at 1.20 times the cost incurred by the Architect or the Architect’s consultants <br />for: <br />•Transportation mileage <br />•Authorized out-of-town travel and subsistence. <br />•Printing, reproductions, and plots, except those used for office use of the Architect and its <br />Consultants.
