KITTCOM ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2023-05 <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO KITTCOM'S GOVERNING AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, administrative changes have occurred that make it necessary to update KITTCOM's <br />Governing Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Governing Agreement, as further provided in Section 17 of the Agreement, <br />the Agreement may be amended at any time by the majority action of the Administrative Board <br />and ratified by a majority of the legislative bodies of all parties to the agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend KITTCOM's Governing Agreement to reflect the necessary <br />administrative changes a provided in KITTCOM's Governing Agreement Number Three, which <br />are attached and hereby incorporated by reference; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the KITTCOM Administrative Board hereby approves the third <br />amendment to KITTCOM's Governing Agreement that is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br />Adopted by the Administrative Board of KITTCOM on this 12th day of October 2023. <br />Geoff Scherer, Chairman, KITTCOM Administrative Board <br />George Long, Secretary, KITTCOM Administrative Board <br />
