Agency remains responsible for all fees, if applicable, incurred through suspension. Axon will not delete My90 Agency Content or Aggregated Survey Response because of suspension, except as specified in this Agreement. 22. My90 Restrictions. Agency and Agency end users (including employees, contractors, agents, officers, volunteers, and directors), may not, or may not attempt to: 22.1. copy, modify, tamper with, repair, or create derivative works of any part of My90; 22.2. reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile My90 or apply any process to derive any source code included in My90, or allow others to do the same; 22.3. access or use My90 with the intent to gain unauthorized access, avoid incurring fees or exceeding usage limits or quotas; 22.4. use trade secret information contained in My90, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement; 22.5. access My90 to build a competitive product or service or copy any features, functions, or graphics of My90; 22.6. remove, alter, or obscure any confidentiality or proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) of Axon’s or Axon’s licensors on or within My90; or 22.7. use My90 to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or other unlawful or tortious material; to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights; or to store or transmit malicious code.
