Since we experienced a drought this year, we <br />also emphasized progress advancing hazard mitigation measures for drought in the plan. <br />Key aspects of plan implementation continue to be addressed through Kittitas County's <br />normal work program. A key area for improvement would be to annually convene a <br />multi jurisdictional steering committee.
