Grant Funds will be used for the following tasks: <br />To purchase shade tents and supporting infrastructure (poles) for the <br />Unity Park stage. <br />4. Real Property: lf real property acquisition is a component of the project, please explain. <br />lnclude any information of property already secured or evidence of the ability to secure the <br />real property, <br />5. Capital Assets: lf capital asset acquisition is a component of the project, please explain. <br />lnclude any bids solicited and received from potential vendors willing to supply the asset. A// <br />capital dsset purchoses require at least three bids.lf you have already selected one of the <br />bids, please provide justifications in writing. <br />6. Coordination: Plaasc cxplain how this projcct has been coordinated with other <br />jurisdictions as well as affected stakeholders. Please include letters of support from <br />stakeholders. <br />The planning effort for this park has spanned the last four years. Six separate stakeholder <br />groups have convened over that time, made up of community members who are involved with <br />events that have historically taken place at the Unity Park site, downtown business owners and <br />neighbors of the park, as well as city staff members and boards and commission members. ln <br />addition, there has been numeroLrs cpportunities for"the general public to participate in the <br />planning process through community planning events, and through Be Heard Eburg, the city's <br />on-line civic engagement platform, which has had online surveys and information available <br />about the park planning process (https:/lwww.beheardeburg.com/unity-park). <br />7. Studies: Please attach any feasibility or other studies that demonstrate linkages between <br />the proposed project and the anticipated tourism impacts.
