(Ord. 2007 -22, 2007) <br />17.11.030 CiU of Ellensburg Urban Growth Area lnterlocal Agreements{14}. t}ec€n €d} <br />Kittitas County and the Cily of Ellensburo have adopted an interlocal agreement to f,acilitatg. the <br />order:ly transition of urban services from the County to the City throughout the Urban Growth <br />Area fUGA) and to coordinate and manage growth and develonment within the UGA. Permit <br />process and development standards outlined in KCC 17.11.030 through KCC 17.11.039 are <br />aqlqpted for application to properties within the City of Ellensburg Urbqn Growth Area. These <br />sections shall take effect on June 30. 2023. These provisions shall not apply to the Airport Overlay <br />or properties not requesting City of Ellensburg water and sewer utility extensions. <br />(grU-Zgg-a:n:geZ) <br />17.11.031-Conflicts <br />lf there is a conflict between the provisions vr{ithin KCC 17.1 1 or the llA and other sections of Kittitas <br />County Code. KCC 17.04,020 and 17.04.040 shall be utilized to resolve the conflict. When 17.04 is <br />utilized to resolve a conflict the county will notify the city* <br />17.1 I .032 - Adoption by reference and modified code sections <br />Resolution No. 2022-1. a resolution authorizing execution of an interlocal agreement with the City of <br />Ellensburg regarding development in its Urban Growth Area (UGA), is adopted by reference except as <br />amended by the provisions 17.1 1,030 through 17.11.039. Provisions shall apply to City of Ellensburg <br />code sections as currently adopted as of the date of Resolution No. 2022-1 or hereby amended in the <br />future by the City. This includes the following Chapters of the CiV of Ellensburg code:
