(Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br />1 7.08.5608 Warehouse and Distribution. <br />A building where bulk raw materials or manufactured goods may be stored and distributed for <br />commercial purposes. Warehouse and Distribution uses do not include on-site manufacturing and <br />generally seruice manufacturing and retail establishments. Agriculture products and Hay Storage are <br />not included in this definition. (Qrd-202!:015,2021;) <br />1 7.08.550C Watershed management facilities. <br />"Watershed management facilities" include, but are not limited to, diversion devices, impoundments, <br />dams for water storage, flood control, fire control, and stock watering, (Renamed by Ord. 2021-015, <br />2021; Ord. 2013-001,201 3) <br />17.08.561 Winery. <br />"Winery" means a facility where fruit or other products are processed (i,e., crushed, fermented, <br />decanted, stored, bottled and shipped) into wine.
