AIl openations involving ne-gnading <br />and cleaning of artillery ranges. <br />A 4 pencent differential is applicable to employees employed in a position that <br />nepnesents a l"ow degnee of hazand when working with, or in close pnoximity to <br />ondnance, (on employees possibly adjacent to) exptosives and incendiary matenials <br />which involves potential injury such as Lacenation of hands, face, on arms of the <br />employee engaged in the openation, irnitation of the skin, minon bunns and the like; <br />minimal damage to immediate on adjacent wonk anea on equipment being used. A11 <br />openations involving, unloading, storage, and hauling of ondnance, explosive, and <br />incendiary ondnance matenial othen than small arms ammunition. These differentials <br />ane only applicable to wonk that has been specifically designated by the agency for <br />ordnance, explosives, and incendiany matenial differential pay. <br />*X UNIFORM ALLOWANCE *X <br />If employees ane requined to wear uniforms in the perfonmance of this contract(either by the tenms of the Government contract, by the employer, by the state orlocar Iaw, etc,), the cost of funnishing such unifonms and maintaining (by <br />laundening on dny cleaning) such uniforms is an expense that may not be bonne by an <br />employee whene such cost neduces the hourly nate below that nequined by the wage <br />determination.
