Amendments <br />Subrecipients should check the current year,s federalsN p-Ed guidance, the current year's DoH SNAP-Ed budget amendmentguidance, and/orwith a DoH SNAP-Ed program <br />consultant to know what changes they can make on their rwn and what changes require an amendment and pre -approvalin writing. Bills mustbe foronly SNAP-Ed specific activi ies, using a DOH A19-1A Invoicevoucher' <br />r ASNAp-Ed specificAlg-lAmustbesubmitttltothezubrecipient'sdesipatedDoHSNAP-Ed staffmemberwithin30daysofthelastdayofthemonthforwhichthe <br />work is being biiled, OR <br />r ASubrecipientmayrequestpre-approvaltobil everyzmonthsinstead,inwhichcase,thatSubrecipientisrequiredtoadheretothebillingduedatesprovidedbyDoH' <br />TheSNAp-Edprogramwilldenypaymentforany ostsnotsubmitteauytneduedatewitb.outpriorapproval.
