17.08.155A Campground, primitive.
<br />"Campground, primitive" means dispersed camping outside of a designated campground or a
<br />campground without full amenities. Dispersed camping means there are no designated campsites,
<br />no toilets, no picnic tables, no trash cans, no treated water, and no fire graves. Dispersed camping is
<br />not allowed in the vicinity of developed recreation sites such as campgrounds, boat ramps, picnic
<br />areas, or trailheads. A campground without full amenities means that sanican/vault toilets, campfire
<br />rings, picnic tables, and graveled/identified campsites are allowed; however no utilities such as water,
<br />septic, and power, or pavement are allowed except for paved road aprons or similar. (Ord. 2018-021,

<br />17.08.156 Camp site.
<br />"Camp site" means a specific area within an RV park or campground that is set aside for use by a

<br />17.08.157 Camping unit.
<br />Camping unit means any portable structure, shelter or vehicle designed and intended for occupancy
<br />by persons engaged in RV activities or camping. The basic units are: recreational vehicle, tent,
<br />portable camping cabin, teepee, yurt or other portable shelter. (Ord. 2013-001, 2013; Ord. 2007-22,

<br />17.08.158 Charging levels.
<br />"Charging levels" means the standardized indicators of electrical force, or voltage, at which an
<br />electric vehicle's battery is recharged. The terms 11
<br />1," "2," and "3" are the most common EV charging
<br />levels, and include the following specifications:
<br />• Level 1 is considered slow charging.
<br />• Level 2 is considered medium charging.

<br />17.08.160 Clinic.
<br />"Clinic" means any building or portion of any building containing offices for providing medical,
<br />dental or psychiatric services for outpatients only. (Res. 83-10, 1983)
<br />17.08.161 Clubhouses, fraternities and lodges.
<br />"Clubhouses, fraternities and lodges" means associations of persons organized for social, education,
<br />literary or charitable purposes. This definition includes community meeting halls, clubhouses and
<br />lodges for philanthropic institutions, private clubs, fraternal or nonprofit organizations, and social
<br />service organizations. This definition excludes religious institutions. (Ord. 2013-001, 2013)

<br />17.08.165 Commercial Activitiles Associated with Agriculture.
<br />"Commercial Activities Associated with Agriculture" means any commercial endeavor including the
<br />custom fabrication and construction of products or materials, as well as services which are in support
<br />of, or supplemental to agricultural activities. Such use in areas designated as agricultural land of long
<br />term commercial significance shall comply with RCW 36.70A.177(3) as currently existing or hereafter
<br />amended, and shall be limited to lands with poor soils or those unsuitable for agriculture. {
