For the projections, <br />vr,hat are they based upon and how is that basis justified?) <br />Projected * <br />325 <br />2017 and 2018 Bird Fest overnight data was collecled through an online survey <br />sent to all attendees and strategically extrapolated based on ticket sales address <br />data. <br />We had a low response to our online survey after the event in 2018. We believe <br />this is due to the fact that our event attendees are over 65 for the most part and <br />are not accustomed to compleling online surveys. <br />For 2020, rae will ask the question about overnight stays on the registration <br />form so that ue don't have lo rely only on a survey after the fact. We.will also <br />conduct in-person surveys during registralion pick up (every event attendee is <br />required to come to the registration tent at Helen McCabe State Park to pick up <br />their registration packets). <br />Registration data is aitached from 20'18. This reflects registration of just the iicket <br />buyer - most buyers purchased at least 2 or more weekend passes and other ticket <br />types so it does not reflect the total number of attendees, but does reflect the <br />distance traveled to attend the event. <br />2500 characler linit-
