VI. OTHER PROVISIONS FOR SERVICES A. Background ChecklCrinrinal History ln accordance with Chapters 110-700 WAC, and RCW 43.43.830, the Contractor is required to conduct background checkicriminal history clearance for allenrployees, subcontractors and/or volunteers who m"y br will have regularaccess to any client/juvenile, prior to any access under this Agreement. ln addition, Contractor may be required to conciuct background check/criminai history clearance for employees, sLrbcontractors and/or volunteers who rnay orwill lrave limited access to any client/juvenile, prior to any access under thisAgreenrent. The Contractor shall, based on the results frorn the criminal backgrounci checli,determine whether each employee, volunteer, ancj/or subcontracior is suitable foraccess to clients/juven iles.
