PERIOD OF PERFORMANCF The execution of this Agreenrent shall constitute a ratification of an earlier verbal agreerxent between the parties that is now set forth irr writing. Accordingly, the beginning date ofperformance under this Agreenrent is July 1, 2023 regardleas of the dite of ;xecution and it shall end on June 30, 2024, except for any remaining obligations of the Contractor as may exist. IV COMPENSATION A. Contractor shall be reimbursed a maxinrum of $42,001 for costs incurred during ihe period of performance.
