DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />KI=ASMUNTV <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />PROPOSED VACATION OF PLATTED RIGHT OF WAY WITHIN PLAT <br />OF SOUTH EASTON —1ST STREET <br />An application for a road vacation of platted right-of-way within Plat of South Easton was <br />received by Public Works on July 19, 2023 (EXHIBIT 1). The applicant (Nathan Graham) is <br />requesting vacation of platted right-of-way of a portion of I" Street which divides the applicant's <br />and three other parcels (EXHIBIT 2). The plat identifies the parcel as Lots 1, 6, 7 and 12.
