FEMA has determined that these investments are effective. The conditions in Agreement Article XLIV have been partially <br />met for the costs or activities outlined above, so FEMA partially rescinds the hold and releases SHSP funds in the amount of <br />$1,009,650. The recipient may draw down or reimburse subrecipients for, and subrecipients may obligate or expend federal <br />funds in the amounts described above to support costs or activities associated with the investments listed above. <br />Article XLVI - Partial Rescission of Funding Hold: SHSP National Priorities <br />A funding hold was placed on the award under Agreement Article XLIV, and $1,346,200 was on hold in the FEMA financial <br />systems FEMA has reviewed the additional information provided and approved the expenditures for the following SHSP <br />investment under the national priority areas: <br />1. Cybersecurity - $336.550 Investment 2, WA SHSP National Priority: Cybersecurity <br />• $10,000, NP Cybersecurity Project #1 (Election Security): Cybersecurity Policy Symposium for Elected Officials <br />• $40,628, NP Cybersecurity Project #2: 3-County Cybersecurity System Mon,toring <br />• $20,248, NP Cybersecurity Project #3: Phishing Intervention <br />• $43,000, NP Cybersecurity Project #4 (Election Security): Cybersecurity Information and Event Monitoring <br />• $24,887, NP Cybersecurity Project 95: Cybersecurity End -User Awareness Enhancement <br />• $46,732, NP Cybersecurity Project #6: Cybersecurity Data Center <br />• $29,834, NP Cybersecurity Project #7: Building Community Resilience through Cyber Awareness <br />• $50,000, NP Cybersecurity Project 98: Cyber-Secured Situational Awareness <br />• $35,000, NP Cybersecurity Project #9: Cyber Assessment <br />• $19,8552, NP Cybersecurity Project (Election Security) #10.
