Levy. Josh Fredrickson stated CONSOR will work in several stage's <br />identifying outcomes and developing an outreach campaign. <br />Commissioner Laura Osiadacz asked that outreach material distributed <br />include the cost associated with each outcome if the voters approve <br />the Road Fund Levy or not in 2024. Direction to staff is to review <br />regulations affecting the Boards input of the campaign and prepare <br />enabling documents for consideration. <br />ALLIANCE ROAD AND COAL MINES TRAIL ACCESS <br />Josh Fredrickson briefed the Board of County Commissioners on history <br />of Shaft Street and Alliance Road that provides access to the Coal <br />Mines Trail. Josh Fredrickson stated the connecting portion of <br />Alliance Road is not currently established on the County Road System <br />and asked Board support to secure funding to improve the road and <br />turnaround. The Board was supportive of the proposal and directed <br />staff to begin initial talks with adjacent landowners_ <br />PANO AI PROPOSAL <br />Josh Fredrickson presented to the Board of County Commissioners <br />information on cameras with technology available to identify smoke <br />plumes and alert agencies of fire in the area, DNR is looking to <br />deploy 2 in Kittitas County. Josh Fredrickson identified the cost for <br />the subscription to this service is substantial and consideration <br />should be taken to form partnerships for cost sharing.
