All employees work under the guidance of local/state/federalregulations. <br />trAn <br />Essential Functions: <br />a lmprove COVID-19 testi ng and vaccination access and uptake in local Latinx andSpanish-speaking communities by:e Building rela tionships with community leaders and organizations <br />ldentifying a nd implementing outreach strategies to reduce barriers to testing and <br />a <br />vaccinationr lncreasing community COVID-1g knowledge <br />' Developing effective relationships with community members and communitypartners <br />' Assisting with care coordination services related to vaccine access and barrierreductionr Working in partnership with KCpHD staffr lncluding information on other recommended vaccinations, including influenzaand childhood immunization series. <br />OTHER FUNCTIONS: <br />Respond to Public Health relateda <br />a <br />inquiries from the public as needed <br />Maintain confidentiality as descri bed in agency, federal, and state required policies <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATI ONS: <br />This iob description.is a..summary of the primary functions and expectations for thisposition.
