The <br />park is intended to host a range of performances and events ihi'oughout ihe'ieai uvhile also sei"ving daiiy aciiviiies as ihe downtown <br />'living room'. Primary program elements inciude a new comfort station building, permanent stage, rnteractive water featlrre, informal <br />seating, and planting. <br />The cost report is based on the following documents <br />- 230329_Unity Park - 50% CDs, dated 3-28.23. <br />- 230329_Unity Park Landscape lmprovements Narrative, dated 3.29.23. <br />- 230106_Unity Park - Light Fixture Cutsheets, received 3.30.23. <br />- 230'106-Unity Park - Lrghl Fixture Schedule, dated 3.30.23 <br />11 is anticipated that the prolect will be delivered by the typical low-bid method. lt is expected there will be 4 to 5 qualified General <br />Contractors to maintain cornpetitive pricing. lf ihe project is delayed for any reason, cost modifications will be required.
