10) The COUNTY agrees that VSP cost -share projects funded using any amount <br />of COMMISSION VSP funds shall be reported in the Conservation Practices <br />Database System (CPDS). <br />D. Completion of a Monitoring Plan: The COUNTY agrees that not later than July <br />1, 2024, the COUNTY will provide to the COMMISSION a monitoring plan.. The <br />SCC encourages the COUNTY to use the Watershed Monitoring Project <br />Development Guide for the Voluntary Stewardship Program in Washington, <br />Volume III to create the plan, but will not require its use in the creation of the <br />plan. The monitoring plan shall be designed to facilitate the collection, analysis, <br />and reporting of information for VSP. <br />E. Provide timely quarterly status reports to the VSP Program Manager in a form <br />and manner prescribed by the COMMISSION and deemed reasonable by <br />COUNTY staff. Ensure that the COMMISSION has the most recent version of the COUNTY's <br />VSP work plan by providing to the COMMISSION's Project Officer, identified <br />herein in APPENDIX D— RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS, the most current version <br />of the COUNTY's VSP work plan, which includes all attachments and / or <br />appendices. This can be accomplished by sending the COMMISSION an <br />electronic link which the COMMISSION can use to download the plan. <br />G. Provide to the COMMISSION's VSP Contract Manager, no later than 120 days <br />from the date this agreement is signed by the COUNTY, an implementation <br />budget designed to ensure all requirements related to VSP implementation are <br />accounted for during the performance of this agreement, and to ensure that the <br />two year and five-year reporting requirements will be met. <br />VSP 2023-25 Biennium Contract Between the WSCC and County - Page 19 of 21 <br />
