Communications to the Planning Commission as a whole shall be submitted to the staff <br />person responsible for recording the planning Commission meetings and placed on the agenda for the <br />requested date <br />MeetingsThe Committee shall meet as required to fulfill its duties. Meetings will be called by the chair or a <br />motion of a board member. Notification of meetings may be electronic. <br />The Strategic planning Committee shall stand for one year from the date of creation and shall be reviewed for <br />continuance and reauthorization every year afterwards by the Kittitas County Planning Commission. <br />
