Investment Project: <br />Organizational <br />Development <br />Investment Project: <br />Language Access: <br />Tools, Training & <br />Access <br />Person Centered <br />Planning Facilitator <br />Training <br />capturing content related to employment and <br />community inclusion. <br />Participating organizations will receive <br />support to develop a customized online <br />training site in the Wise Learning Center. The <br />training site will allow the program <br />management to further customize, track, <br />analyze, and self -manage the organization's <br />training program content. <br />This project aims to foster collaboration, <br />resource sharing, and development of <br />innovative methods for training of staff in the <br />supported employment and community <br />inclusion fields. <br />Providing technology and training to allow for <br />accurate and effective language access for <br />more diversity in staffing and customer <br />service through an Instant Language <br />Assistant (ILA) which provides instant <br />translation and transcribing of over 250 <br />languages including American Sign <br />Language. <br />Each organization will identify two staff <br />members who will receive training and an ILA <br />device. <br />$20,000 per agency registratior <br />• $10,000 to Wise and <br />$10,000 to Agency (if <br />provided by funding <br />entity) <br />$20,000 per agency registratior <br />• $10,000 to Wise and 2 <br />ILAs to agency and <br />$5,000 <br />School to Work <br />Participants of this multiday training will <br />learn the process of Person -Centered <br />Planning and how to facilitate PCP meetings. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 24 <br />See Wise Training plan for <br />current rates <br />
