<br />2023-03-13 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br />At 11:34 a.m. Chairman Wright continued a Special Meeting and announced the Board would <br />recess into an Executive Session for an additional 10 minutes, until 11:44 a.m. with Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner Brett Wachsmith, Director David Ohl, and Prosecutor <br />Neil Caulkins to consider RCW 42.30.110(b). To consider the minimum price at which real <br />estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration <br />would cause a likelihood of increased price. No action is anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:44 am the session was extended to 11:47.
