<br />2023-03-13 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Monday 11:24 PM March 13, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chair Cory Wright, Vice Chair Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner Brett <br />Wachsmith, Neil Caulkins, David Ohl <br />Others: <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br /> <br />At 11:14 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced the Board would <br />recess into an Executive Session for 10 minutes, until 11:24 a.m. with Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz, Commissioner Brett Wachsmith, Director David Ohl, and Prosecutor Neil Caulkins to <br />consider RCW 42.30.110(b). To consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered <br />for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood <br />of increased price. No action is anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:24 am the session was extended to 11:34 am.
