Exhibit B Statementof Work Alternative Choice Training (ACT) and Education and Employment Training (EET) Consultation for County Juvenile Courts Service Delivery a. The Contractor shall provide to statewide ACT Trainers, by telephone or in -person, clinical consultation services. Services shall include, but are not limited to: (1) Providing clinical consultation to ACT Trainers throughout the state; (2) Participating in and providing ACT Trainer training; (3) Monitoring by direct observation or video recordings of ACT sessions foradherence and compliance to ACT program standards; (4) Reporting monitoring results to the JR Juvenile Court Program Administrator and to the statewide ACT. Quality Assurance Specialist on a monthly basis; (5) Providing assistance Wth individual ACT Trainers improvement plans; and (6) Participating in implementation and ongoing program development meetings. b. The Contractor shall provide statewide program consultation and development for the EET program. Services shall include, but are not limited to: (1) Providing group and individual consultation to Education and Employment Specialists (EES) throughout the state; (2) Developing, participating, and providing EET training; (3) Monitoring by direct observation, video, or audio recordings of Job Readiness Training sessions, and individual EES sessions for adherence and compliance to EET program standards; (4) Reporting monitoring results to the JR EET Quality Assurance Specialist on a monthly basis; (5) Providing assistance with individual EES improvement plans; and (6) Participating in implementation and ongoing program development meetings. 2. Deliverables. a. Monthly Reporting The Contractor shall provide monthly activity and monitoring summary reports (ACT and EET) to the JR Juvenile Court Program Administrator.
