The County Juvenile Courtshall submit their"Revenue Sharing Requests/Returns Form" to the Juvenile court programs Administrator and theirrespective Regional Administrators no later than May l Sth or as agreid upon by the JR andJuvenile Cou rt Ad ministrators. <br />19
