Consideration <br />Department of Children, youth, and Fam il ies <br />2072C5 County Consolidated program Agreement 6_20_201 9 <br />c <br />a The maximum consideration for this agreement is identified in the "County Juvenile Court pass <br />through Distribution sFY 2024125", hereby incorporated by reference. <br />A revenue sharing process shall be made ava.ilable during the latter part of the fiscal year for allcounties participating in the Block Grant, provided fundin! is availabie or unless othe'nvise agreeoupon by the JR and the Juvenile Court Administrators. <br />The full list of priorities for revenue sharing will be provided by the JR and developed incollaboration with the County Juvenile Courts. The County Juvenile Courtshall submit their"Revenue Sharing Requests/Returns Form" to the Juvenile court programs Administrator and theirrespective Regional Administrators no later than May l Sth or as agreid upon by the JR andJuvenile Cou rt Ad ministrators. <br />19
