The County will make CDBG-CV funds available to the following nonprofits. Comprehensive Health Care; Kittitas <br />Valley Healthcare; Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce; HopeSource; Cie Elum Downtown Association; Ellensburg Downtown Association, and the Ellensburg Business <br />Development Authority, as grant subrecipients. These funds will result in new and increased CDBG eligible public services and microenterprise assistance for the Kittitas <br />County CDBG-CV consortium service area. The project will provide essential assistance to stabilize eligible households and microenterprises impacted by COVID-19 and <br />create economic opportunities. Combined with the County's CDBG-CV1 award, total project costs are estimated at $447,130. <br />For eligible public services, the project will benefit approximately 5,176 persons annually and target services to limited clientele with principally low -and moderate -incomes <br />(LMI), based on a LMi household qualification process. For eligible microenterprise businesses, the project will benefit approximately 13 - 20 LMI microenterprise <br />businesses based on a LMI qualification process.
