ATTACHMENT A — SCOPE OF WORK AND BUDGET <br />Grantee: Kittitas County <br />Contract No. 20-5221C-115 <br />Section A: Project Description / Deliverable <br />lottitas County is awarded a $292,364 CDBG-CVI Grant. The County will make these CDBG-CVS funds ava ilable to the following five nonprofits: Kittitas County Chamber <br />of Commerce; HopeSource; Cie Elum Downtown Association; Ellensburg Downtown Association, and the Ellensburg Business Development Auth ority, as grant <br />subrecipients. These funds will result 1n new and increased CDBG eligible public services and microe nte rprise assistance for the Kittitas County CDBG-CVI consortium <br />service area- The project will provide essential assistance to stabilize eligible households and microenterprises imparted by COMD-19 and create economic opportunities. <br />Total project costs are estimated at $292,364. <br />For eligible public services, the project will benefit approximately 76 persons annually and target services to limited clientele with principally low -and moderate -incomes, <br />based on a LM1 household qualification process. For eligible mirro enterprise businesses, the project will benefit approximately 13 - 20 low -and moderate -income <br />rnicroentenorise businesses based on a LMI qualification process.
