2. The construction may be phased. Final approval of a phase will be granted <br />once the road is constructed and inspected or the construction is bonded. <br />3. Phased construction must result in a safe and usable facility at the end of <br />the current phase. Temporary road construction or safety features may be <br />required until the next phase is completed. <br />(Ord. 2015-010.2015) <br />12.08.090 Scale. <br />Scales listed are the minimum. More detailed scales may be required where necessary to clearly show <br />details. <br />A. Plan and profile plans: Horizontal 1"=50', Vertical 1"=5'. <br />B. Master, preliminary, and final drainage plans; site plans, etc.: from 1"=50' to 1 "=100' <br />(Ord. 2015-010, 2015) <br />12.08.100 Date of Plans. <br />The original date of the plans and any subsequent revisions must be shown in the title block. Qg <br />2015-010, 2015) <br />12.08.110 Seal and Signature. <br />The seal and signature of the developer's engineer, under whose supervision the plans were <br />prepared, shall be located next to the acceptance block on each sheet. (Ord. 2015-010, 2015) <br />12.08.120 Underground Utilities. <br />The type, size, location and number of all underground utilities shall be shown. Field verified <br />elevations and locations may be required on the construction plans for all underground utilities that <br />will potentially affect the design or construction. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify <br />the existence and location of all underground utilities along their route of work prior to commencing <br />any new construction. (Ord. 2015-010, 2015) <br />12.08.130 Private Improvements. <br />A. Private improvements such as roadways, driveways, utilities, etc, shall be clearly shown <br />and labeled as such on each sheet of the construction plans. The note below shall <br />appear on the cover sheet of the construction plans for private improvements: <br />Kittitas County shall not be responsible for the maintenance of roadway and appurtenant <br />improvements, including storm drainage structures and pipes, for the following private <br />roads: (list). <br />B. When a request is made for the County to assume maintenance of any private <br />improvement, it shall be the responsibility of the person(s) making the request to <br />satisfactorily demonstrate that the private improvement is in fact constructed in <br />accordance with Kittitas County Road Standards. <br />C. The County will review these requests under normal review procedures as outlined <br />previously in these Standards in KCC 12.01.160_ <br />(Ord. 2015-010. 2015) <br />12.08.140 Requirements for Road Plan and Profile Drawings. <br />In addition to the requirements set forth elsewhere in these Standards, the following information <br />shall be shown on all roadway plans submitted for review and approval. <br />A. Plan View - The plan view shall include, but not be limited to, the following: <br />1. Existing and proposed property and right-of-way lines, easements, tracts <br />and irrigation ditch(s).
