improvements, including storm drainage structures and pipes, for the following private <br />roads: (list). <br />B. When a request is made for the County to assume maintenance of any private <br />improvement, it shall be the responsibility of the person(s) making the request to <br />satisfactorily demonstrate that the private improvement is in fact constructed in <br />accordance with Kittitas County Road Standards. <br />C. The County will review these requests under normal review procedures as outlined <br />previously in these Standards in KCC 12.01.1t. <br />(Ord. 2015-010, 2015) <br />12.08.140 Requirements for Road Plan and Profile Drawings. <br />In addition to the requirements set forth elsewhere in these Standards, the following information <br />shall be shown on all roadway plans submitted for review and approval. <br />A. Plan View - The plan view shall include, but not be limited to, the following: <br />1. Existing and proposed property and right-of-way lines, easements, tracts <br />and irrigation ditch(s). Type and dimension of the easements or tracts are <br />to be clearly labeled. Property lines and right-of-way lines are to be <br />dimensioned. <br />2. Survey lines and stations shall normally be based on centerline of street; <br />other profiles may be included but shall be referenced to centerline <br />stationing. Stationing is to be equated to flowline stationing at cul-de-sacs. <br />3. Roadways and roadway names. <br />4. Existing utilities, structures and their appurtenances, including, but not <br />limited to: <br />Stormwater, fence lines and gates, water lines, irrigation, ditches, electric <br />lines, curbs and gutters, sewer lines, pavement limits, communication lines, <br />bridges or culverts, guardrails, signs, gas lines, etc. <br />5. Station and critical elevation (flowline, invert of pipe, etc.) of all existing and <br />proposed utility or drainage structures. Location of utilities shall be <br />dimensioned horizontally and vertically from roadway centerline profile <br />grade. <br />6. Storm drainage flow direction arrows, particularly at intersections and all <br />high and low points. <br />7. Match lines and consecutive sheet numbers, beginning with cover sheet. <br />8. Station and elevation of all horizontal curves including PI, PC's, PT's, etc.; <br />high or low point and PI of all vertical curves; existing and proposed, <br />centerline bearings, distances, and complete curve data. <br />9. Curb return radii, existing and proposed; stations and elevations of all curb <br />returns; mid point elevations, flowline-flowline intersection elevations, and <br />percent of grade from the PRC to flowline-flowline intersections of all <br />crosspans. <br />10. Mid -block handicap ramp locations at tee intersections. <br />11. Centerline stations of all non -single family residential driveways and all <br />intersecting roadways. <br />12. Survey tie lines to section corners or quarter corners, consistent with that <br />shown on the plat. <br />
