3. A letter from the appropriate tire authority stating that fire hydrants are in <br />place in accord with the approved plans. The letter shall also state that the <br />fire hydrants are operational and provide the results of fire flow tests. <br />4. Quality control test results must be submitted for all phases of the project <br />in accordance with the schedule for minimum materials sampling, testing, <br />and inspection as found in the WSDOT Materials Manual. The Department <br />of Public Works shall review and approve a proposed schedule of testing <br />before commencement of construction. <br />F Phased Construction <br />1. Engineer drawn plans must be submitted and approved by the County for <br />the entire development. <br />2. The construction may be phased. Final approval of a phase will be granted <br />once the road is constructed and inspected or the construction is bonded. <br />3. Phased construction must result in a safe and usable facility at the end of <br />the current phase. Temporary road construction or safety features may be <br />required until the next phase is completed. <br />(Ord. 2015-010, 2015) <br />12.08.090 Scale. <br />Scales listed are the minimum. More detailed scales may be required where necessary to clearly show <br />details. <br />A. Plan and profile plans: Horizontal 1"=50', Vertical 1 "=5'. <br />B. Field verified <br />elevations and locations may be required on the construction plans for all underground utilities that <br />will potentially affect the design or construction. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify <br />the existence and location of all underground utilities along their route of work prior to commencing <br />any new construction. Private improvements such as roadways, driveways, utilities, etc. shall be clearly shown <br />and labeled as such on each sheet of the construction plans.
