G. Clearly described on the face of the plat, short plat, or other development authorization, <br />signed as a private road according to Public Works Road Naming & Signing Standards, <br />and a disclosure statement filed with the County Auditor stating that Kittitas County is <br />not responsible for the maintenance, and <br />H. The following notes shall be placed on the face of the plat, short plat, or other <br />development authorization, as appropriate: <br />a. "Kittitas County will not accept private roads for maintenance as public <br />roads until such roads are brought into conformance with current Kittitas <br />County Road Standards and formally adopted by the Kittitas County Board <br />of County Commissioners. <br />b.
