* Patriot Nights Under the Lights Updates: There is a lot of excitement on social <br />media for the concert. The marketing has been outsourced this year and they have been doing <br />a great job of getting information out. Kady is working out the final details for the contract <br />for the fireworks show. Kady requested permission from the BOCC to put a Patriot Night <br />banner on the courthouse lawn. Request was approved. <br />5. Review Proposed Fair Board Bylaws Changes: Proposed changes were reviewed by the <br />BOCC. Commissioner revisions were made in the following areas: <br />• Article III <br />• Article V <br />o Section 2 <br />o Section 3 <br />• Article VII <br />o Section 1 <br />o Section 3 <br />o Section 6 <br />o Section 7 <br />• Article VIII <br />o Section 3 <br />• Article IX <br />■ Article X <br />• Article XI <br />o Section I <br />o Section III <br />Kady will make a clean version of the bylaws with updates/corrections and send them to <br />the BOCC as well as the Fair Board President for approval at the May Fair Board Meeting. <br />6. Special Projects: Rock picking is happening in the Rodeo Arena and Bloom. Kady plans <br />to use some of the budget saved from the Alder St paving project to replace the rodeo arena <br />log entry on the 71h Ave side (they are leaning badly and need to come down). <br />7. Approve PSA with Central Paving: Discussion: bid came in at $54,197.83 (including <br />sales tax), which is under budget.
