DocuSign Envelope ID: AE8E006C-30A5-4332-AF1E-D6ACDCECFAF7 <br />BAT Deliverables <br />Questionnaire: In consultation with <br />WSBO, develop, distribute, collect and <br />categorize results of a questionnaire <br />that will be sent to each of 39 counties <br />and 29 Federally recognized tribal <br />nations. <br />BAT status report: summary of outreach <br />efforts and activities to date in each <br />county and federally recognized tribe. <br />Include progress on completion of <br />NDEET training to all BATs. <br />BAT status report: final report of <br />outreach efforts and activities to date in <br />each county and federally recognized <br />tribe. Include progress on completion of <br />NDEET training to all BATs. WSU <br />Extension will provide contacts for those <br />who are leading each BAT. <br />Digital Equity Webinars: In partnership <br />with WSBO and the Office of Equity, <br />convene and facilitate up to two digital <br />equity webinars that are optional for all <br />BATS and other attendees but are <br />required for recipients of the <br />competitive funding grants to support <br />digital equity planning. Funding <br />recipients will be required to actively <br />engage in these webinars. <br />Impact <br />Measure the anticipated participation in: <br />■ BAT program <br />■ WSBO resources for: <br />o economic assessment of <br />proposed projects <br />o grant -writing assistance <br />• competitive application for local <br />digital equity planning funds <br />Demonstrate partnership with counties <br />and tribes to support and/or augment <br />their local BAT efforts. <br />Describe how the efforts and <br />engagement of WSU Extension helped to <br />advance BAT formation and effectiveness <br />in counties and tribes within Washington <br />state. <br />Provide contact information so WSBO can <br />continue supporting this work. <br />Deliver value to BATs, funding awardees, <br />future potential funding applicants, <br />providers, utilities and others regarding <br />ongoing digital equity work in <br />Washington state. <br />Attachment A <br />Due date <br />August 19, 2022 <br />December 1, 2022 <br />January 15, 2023 <br />June 30, 2023 <br />TBD throughout <br />contract period <br />
