Of the 48 bridges, there are 29 bridges that meet the National Bridge lnventory <br />(NBl) definition of a "Bridge", namely the abutment-to-abutment distance is greater than 20 feet. <br />The remaining bridges do not meet the NBI definition and are referred to as "short-span" <br />bridges. Regardless of the bridge span length or definition all bridge structures will receive an <br />inspection, wftich is in generalconformance with the standard WSDOT Routine Bridge <br />Inspection methods and formats. <br />A list of all bridges to be inspected by KPFF is included as an attachment to this scope of work.
