The comments below do not constitute a full plan review for compliance with all <br />applicable Building, Fire, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Plumbing and Energy Codes. When a building <br />permit application is submitted, a full plan review will be completed; if corrections are required, <br />they will be addressed at that time. <br />Building Codes: <br />1. Comply with ADA parking requirements per ICC A 117.1-2009 and 2018 IBC Chapter <br />11. Per Washington State Building Code Table 1 106.1. the minimum number of ADA <br />parking stalls will be 3 and a minimum of I Van accessible parking space per WSBC <br />1106.5. Vertical signage and parking space asphalt markings required. <br />2. Provide accessibility details on plans in compliance with 2018 IBC Accessibility Codes, <br />Al 17.1-2009 requirements. Ramps, slopes, and warning devices like truncated domes <br />at parking lot crossings and transitions to sidewalks. <br />3. Please be aware that the parking spaces for the proposed project require, ten percent of <br />parking spaces shall be provided with electric vehicle charging infrastructure in <br />compliance with IBC Sections 429.3, 429.4 and 429.5. Per pre app plans provided it <br />appears to be 7 total required. (IBC Section 429.2). Before covering an L&I electrical <br />inspection is required and building inspection from the City of Ellensburg.
