Staff will patrol the <br />area used by the event at the end of each day to pick up any items that were dropped or missed earlier. <br />A staff member will remain within city limits until Monday in order to be able to dispose of garbage and <br />recycling at the transfer center and not carry it across the county line. <br />lnsura nce <br />We can meet the insurance requirements for a certificate and endorsement naming Kittitas County <br />Penal Bond <br />We request that we be relieved of this requirement, since our use is low impact and is not anticipated to <br />have any impact on County property. We have never caused or been asked by a property owner to pay <br />for any similar damages at any of our past events. lf this waiver cannot be granted or would be an <br />obstacle to promptly moving forward with the permit, then we will happily make the deposit. <br />1) Event on WDFW controlled lands <br />All routes make use of Wildlife Area trails. Staging will also take place on WDFW controlled lands. <br />2) Business or group name and on-site contact or representative with a cell phone number (should <br />we need to reach a company/event representative in case of an emergency during the event) <br />The company is MerGeo, and this event is organized under our Northwest Trail Runs brand.
