WSPContractNo.CRDOO160iv.Emailaccessv.Accessingdocumentsthatcouldhavebeenmaliciouslycraftedvi.Externalmediavii.Contactwithotherworkstationsoverthelocalnetworksegmentthatareathigherriskforinfection/compromisevili.Lackoffirewallseparation/overlypermissivefirewallconfigurationIV.SYSTEMSMANAGEMENT(UserAgency)shallensureallLivescansystems,includingportablesystemsaremaintainedwiththebestsecuritypracticesincludingbutnotlimitedto:a.updatingantivirusb.maintainingcurrentlevelsofsecuritypatchesonoperatingsystemsc.utilizefirewallsd.maintainphysicallysecureareasforinformationsystemse.reportanybreachestotheWSPCriminalRecordsDivisionV.OTHERTERMSANDCONDITIONSBysigningthisagreement,theWSPandtheUserwillmutuallyagreetothefollowing:a.TheWSPwillprovidetheUser,asallowed,withinformationavailableinWASIS,ABISandWINABISfiles.TheWSPwillserveasthemeansofexchangeofcomputerizedcriminalhistoryinformationandbiometricdata.b.ThenetworkconnectionwillbemadeviaanapprovedmethodidentifiedbyWSP.c.TheUserwillsubmitLivescandata(fingerprints,palmprints,mugshots,etc.)andrelateddemographicinformationelectronicallytotheWSPforthepurposeofidentificationandwhenapplicable,inclusiontotheWINABISandWASIS.d.Forapplicantsubmissionsrequiringafee,theUserwillestablishabillingaccountwiththeWSP.Byestablishingabillingaccount,theUseragreestocollect,hold,andreconcilefeeschargedbyWSP.Ifasubmissionissentinerror,theUserisresponsibleforallfeesassociatedwiththatsubmission.e.TheUseragreesthatWSPwillprovideauthorizationtoconnecttotheABISandWINABISdatabaseswithcertainrestrictionsasfollows:i.TheUserwillsubmitLivescandataandrelateddemographicinformationforidentificationsearchandpossibleinclusioninABIS,WASIS,andWINABISdatabasesasallowedbystatute.ii.TheUseragreestocomplywithstatutorymandatesconcerningthesubmissionofcriminalandcivilfingerprintsubmissionstoWSP.f.TheUserisresponsibleforallpersonnel,operating,maintenanceanddatatransmissioncoststosubmitLivescandataandrelateddemographicinformationasrequiredunderstatestatutesand/orlocalordinances.g.TheUseragreestoassignaLivescanpointofcontacttoserveastheprimarycontactpersonforanyLivescantoABISconnectionrelatedissues.TheUsermustnotifyWSPassoonaspossibleiftheLivescanpointofcontactchanges.h.TheWSPwillscheduleandprovideLivescantrainingtoUserpersonnelatlocationsandtimesspecifiedbyWSP.LivescantrainingmayalsobeprovidedbytheLivescanvendor.VI.WASHINGTONWORKINGLAWApprovedastoFormbytheWashingtonAttorneyGeneral2018LivescantoWINABISUserAgreement05/08/2018Page3of7
