These compensation packages are <br />of fair market value for the services provided. The values of the base are directly related to the salary <br />of each individual with no additional administrative fees included in the previous section and based on <br />the percentage of their salaries they will be working on this project. <br />The Therapist, Case Manager, and Program Manager's benefits are calculated at 33% of their salary <br />based on their agency's benefits. Broken down the 33% comes from: FICA 7.6%, Unemployment <br />0.5%, L&I 1.3%, Paid Family Medical Leave 0.4%, Retirement 5.4%, Medical 18.1%, Medical <br />Withholding from Employees -0.7%, and Life Insurance 0.4%. <br />The Therapist will be working 100% if funded by this grant on this project.
