Field Processes: <br />Weekly: <br />On a weekly basis, the road crews will identify any equipment used for non- road <br />maintenance. The road crew will provide finance with a report showing the equipment <br />number, the number of hours used, and the project/job the equipment was used on. <br />This information will be used to charge the various funds for equipment rental using an <br />hourly rate. The hourly rate will be calculated using the current FEMA rate plus <br />replacement factor. <br />This business practice is adopted for use by Public Works upon Board of County <br />Commission adoption (see enabling legislation — Resolution ): <br />Director <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
