EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall provide full <br />compensation to the Contractor not to exceed the amount of $34,000 — includes labor and <br />all applicable taxes. 50% deposit to be paid to Contractor by hand delivery after initial <br />installation and remaining 50% to be paid after project is complete. <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be approved <br />in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14 <br />
