9129122, 12:24 PM <br />Response 3: <br />Measuring Results* <br />LTAC Clerk Review <br />Describe how you will promote your evenUactivity/facility to attract tourists. <br />We will attract tourists to this event through various different advertising avenues <br />like radio, a TV commercial, ongoing social media organically, and paid social <br />media ads that reach a bigger demographic in urban areas with a much bigger <br />population than Ellensburg and Kittitas County. <br />We will actively target and reach audiences in major tourism-driving regions over <br />50 miles away from Ellensburg, including King County and Pierce County. Not <br />only will we target major western Washington regions, but we will also implement <br />interest based targeting to ensure our ads are being served to middle to high <br />income demographics with interests in motocross, bull riding, rodeos, historic <br />towns, food and beverage, live events, and western lifestyle. <br />2500 character limit <br />Application Questions: Part 3 <br />4l Collaboration <br />lf your organization collaborates or has created partnerships with other organizations, groups, or other events, <br />how is this accomplished? <br />4.1 Collaboration *Cowboy Cross works with the Chamber of Commerce and tourism office to <br />promote this event annually. We collaborate with partners and influencers in this <br />niche community to help grow and promote this event on a national level, <br />including The Northwest Offroad Championship Series, Gibson and Son, and <br />Daniel Beard with Daniel Beard Rodeo Company who is able to help promote the <br />event, attracting prospective talent that each brings individual spectators.
