lndustrial Statistician of the Department of Labor and lndustries. lt is the Contractor's <br />responsibility to verify the applicable prevailing wage rate. lt is understood that theContractor is responsible for obtaining and completing all required gor"tn*"nifor6 <br />and submitting same to the proper authorities. <br />Disputes regarding prevailing wage rates shallbe refened for arbitralion to the Director <br />of the Deparlment of Labor and lndustries. The arbitration decision shall be finatandconclusive and binding on allparties involved in the dispute as provided for by RCW39.12.060. <br />32.
