WATERSHED <br />SCIENCE & ENGINEERING February 1, 2023 <br />Task 4. Project Administration and Meetings <br />Task 4.1. Project Administration <br />WSE will conduct general project administration activities including keeping the County's project manager <br />informed of all significant project related news, preparation of monthly invoices and general contract <br />management. <br />Task 4.2. Meetings <br />WSE will participate in a project kick of meeting with staff members from Kittitas County to discuss project <br />scope, and to collect creek information and historical flooding observations. The kick off meeting will be <br />field virtually. WSE will participate in up to four (4) 1.5 hour virtual meetings with the County and other <br />stakeholders to discuss alternative development and floodplain options, to present flood study results. <br />WSE will prepare presentation materials. Meeting location, timing, and attendance will be coordinated by <br />Kittitas County. <br />Task 4.3. Administrative Reserve <br />An administrative reserve is included to allow WSE to address additional questions or issues that may arise <br />during project review or coordination with CenterFuse, MFA, the County, and other stakeholders. This may <br />include additional analysis, modeling, meetings, presentations, documentation, or discussion. <br />Administrative reserve funds will only be used following expressed written direction from the County. <br />Cost <br />See Attached Estimate of Cost <br />
