These
rxethods will continue to be used. zip code tracking and direct count. This past year
we added a zip code tool to our event cards which has allowed us to track a
percentage of travelers attending events and activities. This method has allowed to
validate lhat we are attracting visrtors from greater than 50 miles in distance. We
have also been able to validate that tourist from ouiside of the state of washington
and even the Uniied States are stopping and exploring Cle Elunr.
our direci count methods include conducting walking cou,rts throughout our events
This is occurring at least every half hour out at locations where events are being
held. We also ask reiail partners to help keep track by counting shoppers in lheir
businesses.
Additionally, we measure our results through google analytics, registration forms,
and sooal media reports on ads placed and engagements. We will also be adding
data from our new website which will feature such as our hub for communication
Stalting in 2022. we will be adding an informal survey to our marketing materials,
asking participants whether they are lodging overnight during their experience at our
events. At this time. it is hard to collect data directly from our hotels, this process will
allow for a sampling of findings in relation to lodging.
2500 character liBlit
Application Questions.
