12/06/2022 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />AUDITORIUM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />TUESDAY 2:00 P.M. DECEMBER 06, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Dan Carlson, CDS <br />Director; David Ohl, Airport Director; Josh Frederickson, Engineer; <br />Erica Luce, Solid Waste Assistant; Lisa Lawrence, Assistant <br />Director; Darren Higashiyama, Chief Deputy; Kelly Bacon, Planner; <br />Zack DeHaven, Fiscal Analyst; Christopher Whitsett, Inspector; David <br />Houseberg, Corporal; Brian Carlson, Budget and Finance Director; and <br />about 2 members of the public. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS OF COUNTY PROPERTY AUDITOR <br /> <br />At 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />surplus of County Property. <br /> <br />ZACK DEHAVEN, FISCAL ANALYST reviewed a Staff Report and indicated <br />the county has extraneous items to be removed from inventory as <br />surplus, including 3 Public Health vehicles. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE <br />HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-221 SURPLUS OF COUNTY PROPERTY AUDITOR <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-221, To <br />Declare Equipment Surplus to the County. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING SURPLUS OF COUNTY PROPERTY SHERIFF <br /> <br />At 2:03 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing to consider <br />Surplus of County Vehicles and Equipment. <br /> <br />CHRISTOPHER WHITSETT, INSPECTOR reviewed a Staff Report and <br />indicated the county has extraneous items to be removed from <br />inventory as surplus. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE <br />HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-222 SURPLUS OF COUNTY PROPERTY SHERIFF <br />
