2021 Docket Enabling Ordinance December 20, 2022 <br />Page 57 <br /> <br /> <br />Exhibit T: Docket Item 22-25 <br />Mardee Lake Inc. <br />(CP-22-00005 & RZ-22-00005) <br /> <br />Land use and Rezone Proposal Rezone from Rural Working Land Use and Forest an Range Zoning to Rural <br />Recreation Zoning and Land Use. <br />A proposal to change the land use and zoning designations of four parcels (808335, 818335, 828335 and 838335) <br />from Rural Working Land Use and Forest and Range Zoning to Rural Recreation Zoning and Land Use. Parcel <br />808335 is adjacent to the north of parcels zoned Rural Recreation in the Rural Recreation land use designation. A <br />comprehensive plan amendment (CP-22-00005), rezone application (RZ-22-00005), and SEPA checklist were <br />submitted as part of the application packet.
