Parcel <br />808335 is adjacent to the north of parcels zoned Rural Recreation in the Rural Recreation land use designation. A <br />comprehensive plan amendment (CP-22-00005), rezone application (RZ-22-00005), and SEPA checklist were <br />submitted as part of the application packet.
